What time can we check in and out?
Check-in is from 4 PM, check-out by 11 AM. Earlier or later is possible when the calendar allows — just ask.
Is the house cleaned during our stay?
Mid-stay cleaning is included for stays of seven nights or more, on a day of your choosing. Daily housekeeping can be arranged at cost.
Are children and pets welcome?
Yes to both. Travel cot, high chair and stairgates available on request; pet-friendly with a small refundable deposit.
What's the booking process?
Direct enquiry only — tell us your dates and we confirm availability within 24 hours. A 30% deposit secures your stay; the balance is due 60 days before arrival.
Is there a minimum stay?
Seven nights in high season (July–August), five nights shoulder season, three nights in winter. Shorter stays are sometimes possible — ask.
What's included in the rate?
Linen and towels, end-of-stay cleaning, utilities, Wi-Fi and a welcome basket on arrival. Optional extras: cook, transfer from the airport, daily housekeeping.
